Identification is needed so that the user can use his BPay account without any restrictions. Identification can be done on the basis of one of the identity documents: a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Moldova or an international passport.
In order to make a transfer to a Moldovan bank card, the user needs to have an identified BPay account. To make a transfer, go to your personal account, then to the"Deposit/Withdraw/Exchange"section, then select "Transfer to MD bank account" The transfer is carried out on the basis of your IBAN, which can be obtained from your bank.
In order to send an application for account identification, you need to go to your personal account, then click on the "Remove restrictions"button. After that, you will be offered all methods of identification.
If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, you can change it using your e-mail linked to this account. The mail you specified must be confirmed in order to receive letters from our payment system.
It is possible to withdraw money from the BPay account at any of the BPay ATMs (ATMs), at any of the BPay Cash-Out terminals or at the BPay offices.

Full civil legal capacity of an individual arises from the onset of majority, that is, upon reaching the age of eighteen. Accordingly, persons under the age of 18 cannot use payment services and / or the issuance of electronic money. Article 26 para. (1)
The PIN-code can be restored in your personal account under the heading "Restore PIN-code."Enter your phone number, enter the new PIN-code that you want to use, after which you will receive a confirmation code of 4 digits to confirm the action.
You need to go to your personal account in the heading "Account replenishment"where you will have access to the entire list of available methods of replenishing your account. You can replenish using electronic wallets or via international bank transfer such as ia. Bank transfer from an EU account, Unistream, Contact, Intel expres, Globus si Welsend. If you have a card from England, you can also top up by selecting the item "Bank transfer from England".
If the account number was entered incorrectly when paying for the service or the service was selected incorrectly, the payer must approach the central office of BPay.md to write a request in free form. The copy of the bulletin and the voucher issued following the operation declared in the application shall be attached to the request. The application is examined for 24 working hours.
Payment for utilities is made on the basis of the receipt you received, and payment must be made in 100% of the amount, and if you paid less, the service provider does not accept this payment.

There are such cases when the check tape has run out in the terminal, and the engineers have not yet arrived to change.
You can receive a copy of the receipt in electronic form by calling our support service or print it on another terminal using the transaction code - Payment numbers.
In some cases, it happens that the bills are not read correctly, since the terminals have not yet been updated for new, recently issued bills. In case of such an error, contact the support service to return the missing amount.
There are cases when a receipt is paid after it is printed, in which case the service provider does not have data about your payment and there is a debt on the receipt. This problem can be solved very simply by calling the service provider directly to find out if you have debt or not.
If you have paid the wrong road tax or vignette for the car, it is possible to cancel this payment only if you have already made the correct payment with the same data. Be sure to contact the support service to notify about it.
If the terminal did not read the money, it may mean that it was jammed in the bill acceptor, or, by accident, the bill was placed next to the bill acceptor and it fell into the terminal. Contact the support service to resolve your issue.

MIA is a system for making instant money transfers using a mobile phone number between customers of different financial institutions (payment service providers and banks) in the Republic of Moldova through mobile applications.
The MIA system is created and managed by the National Bank of Moldova and uses modern safety and security standards.
The MIA system is available continuously (24/7/365), and transferred funds are instantly available in the recipient's account.
Currently, through the MIA Instant Payments system, you can perform the following types of transfers:
1) Instant Transfer (P2P): You can transfer money directly from your BPay account to another person's account using only the recipient's phone number. The transferred funds will be available for the recipient to use within a few seconds. It is simple, secure, and fast.
2) Payment Request (RTP): You can receive an instant transfer based on your payment request sent to the payer. The funds will be credited to your account within a few seconds after the person sending the transfer approves your payment request.
You do not need to do anything. MIA has already been activated for your BPay account. To start using MIA, simply open the BPay mobile app and tap the "MIA" button.

Step 2
If you want to send a P2P transfer, tap "Instant Transfer (P2P)". Enter the recipient's phone number, the transfer amount, and an optional comment. Then tap either the "Send via BPay" button or the "Send via MIA" button.
Step 3
If you want to send a Payment Request, tap "Payment Requests (RTP)". Then tap the "Create a New Request" button. Enter the recipient's phone number, the requested amount, and an optional comment. Finally, tap either the "Request via BPay" button or the "Request via MIA" button.
MIA Instant Payments are free of charge within the approved transaction limits:
Minimum amount per transaction – 1 MDL
Maximum amount per transaction – 5,000 MDL
Maximum total transaction amount per day – 10,000 MDL
Maximum total transaction amount per month – 30,000 MDL
Fees:
– Up to 10,000 MDL per month – 0%
– Above 10,000 MDL per month – 0.5% (maximum 5 MDL per transaction)
To send money through the MIA Instant Payments system, tap the "MIA" button on the BPay app home screen. From the menu, select "Instant Transfer (P2P)", choose the recipient's phone number from your contacts or enter it manually, specify the amount, and send the money.
When receiving money, the process is fully automatic and requires no confirmation. The funds are credited directly to your account.
In the MIA Instant Payments system, you can use any current account denominated in Moldovan leu (MDL) that is opened with a financial institution in the Republic of Moldova.
In the BPay app, set your BPay account as your primary MIA account. Then, using your bank's mobile app, make a P2P transfer to your own mobile phone number. The funds will be automatically credited to your BPay account.

In the BPay app, create a payment request, select your own phone number from the list, and send the request to yourself. Then open the mobile app of the bank where your primary MIA account is held and that issued your payment card, and approve the payment request. The funds will be transferred instantly to your BPay account.
Any user can use multiple accounts in the MIA system. In each participating financial institution's application, the user specifies which account at that institution will be used with the MIA system.
In addition, the user must designate one account in the MIA system as the primary account. This can be done in the application of the financial institution where the account you want to set as your primary MIA account is held.
By default, all incoming instant transfers from other users and all payment requests will be directed to the user's primary account.
A mobile phone number can be linked to only one primary account in the MIA system.
At any time and free of charge, you can set any of your accounts in the BPay app as your primary account in the MIA system. To do this:

Tap "Set Primary Account for MIA". The "MIA Settings" screen will open.
Step 3
Tap the "Receive MIA transfers to this account" button. The MIA Terms and Conditions screen will open.

Tap the "Connect" button. A list of your BPay accounts will be displayed. Select the desired account.
Step 5
Tap the "Activate" button. A confirmation screen indicating that your primary MIA account has been successfully set will appear.
After that, all instant transfers and payment requests will, by default, be directed to your selected BPay account.
